Walter L. Cramer

Walter L. Cramer, 90, of Hanover, PA, entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the UPMC Hanover Hospital.

Born January 25, 1935 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Walter W. and Nellie G. Cramer. 

Walter was a 1953 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  He worked in the Assembly department at Hanover Shoe for over 30 years until his retirement.

Walter was a veteran of the United States Army having served his country proudly.  He was a member of St. Jacob Stone Church.

Fishing was Walter’s passion.  He loved playing basketball and loved watching the Phillies, the Eagles and Penn State Football.

Walter is survived by his Brother Roy L. Cramer and his wife Faith of Hanover, PA.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in St. Jacob Stone Church Cemetery, Glenville, PA.
