Dear Aunt Rene and my Loving Cousins,
I was saddened to hear of Uncle Gerald's passing but know that he's in Heaven with the rest of the Pfaff Boys raising a ruckus!!! I'm sure they were there waiting for him with open arms. I'll keep my fond memories of him close to my heart. Prayers and condolences to you all.
With Love,
Cousin Lisa

Dear Aunt Rene and all my cousins,

I was extremely saddened by the news of uncle Heralds passing. I have fond memories of my parents taking us to visit you, although not very many times, but our excitement in knowing that we were going to go visit you is still very clear in my mind. My thoughts and prayers will be with you in the coming days ahead and I look forward to seeing you in June at Cathy and Tom's. All my love and lots of hugs to each.

To the family of Gerald L .Pfaff. We never met Mr. Pfaff but we knew what kind of man he was. He was a handy man that worked on keeping the house and grounds in tiptop shape. He was friendly , kind and taught your children about hunting, and caring about others. He was a church-going man with a faith that carried him throughout his life. We know these things because he passed it down to his children. David and Roni are our neighbors. We have lived in our home for over 35 years. Our neighbors are good and kind but David and Roni outshine most of the neighbors we have had.

David has used his snow blower to dig us out more than once, he just did it. I was so moved by that because know one ever did that before. Acts of kindness are taught and passed from one generation to another, so I know that Mr. Pfaff and his loving wife are great people that raised their children with respect, love and kindness.

We are sorry for the passing of Mr. Pfaff and our condolences to the family. Know that your father does shine brightly in each of you.

Joanna and Leo McGuire, Gettysburg.
