Dear Mavros Daughters,
I am so shocked to learn of your mother's passing. I enjoyed knowing her first as a parent of my students and then as a colleague when she was a substitute teacher. She was such a special lady!
She taught me that lettuce should always be cut to bite size in a salad, and every time that I eat in a restaurant and order a salad I think of her.
Please know that she and you are in my prayers.

i'm very sorry to hear of miss lonas passing........she will be remembered by many as a loving mother and wonderful humanitarian.......she was a special mom to many of her children's friends and always had a smile and friendly ear for all..........she will be greatly missed
